I have been practicing immigration law for over nine years.
Prior to coming to the U.S., I had extensive legal experience in India dealing with corporate, commercial and intellectual property laws. I have worked in the legal department of a leading multinational company, a patent law firm, a solicitor's law firm and as legal counsel at Calcutta High Court.
We encourage self-education, as clients are better equipped to give us their input regarding their case.
We answer questions during the initial consultation. However, we do not review documents unless we are filing the case.
We answer questions during a consultation, but we do not coach clients who want to represent themselves.
I became a lawyer because I wanted to help people.
My work experience prior to coming to the U.S. provided a broad education. I have extensive legal experience in India dealing with corporate, commercial and intellectual property laws. I worked in the legal department of a leading multinational company, a patent law firm, a solicitor's law firm and as legal counsel at Calcutta High Court. My work history has helped me be a better lawyer.
Being an immigrant, I have personally gone through the entire immigration process. I understand the importance of each case.
What I like best about my career is the fact that I can make a person's dream of living and working in the U.S. come true.
I have two assistants working at the law firm.
I have more than nine years of experience in the field and understand how the U.S. immigration system works.
We explain to our clients, step-by-step, the entire immigration process. We are always available to answer our clients' questions.
I enjoy windsurfing, sailing, and skiing.
