Business Law
I prefer to work with small to mid sized businesses assisting them moving from Sole Proprietorship to Corporation, building and maintaining the business and succession.
Wills, Trusts & Estates
I like to work with clients who have a need and value a firm that gives them personal service. It does not matter whether they are planning for end of life issues or dealing with those issues after the loss of a loved one. Just as no two people are alike, each case is unique with its own set of challenges, needs and goals to be satisifed.

Mr. E. Lawrence Brock, or Larry to friends and clients, opened the Brock Law Office in the Chino area in 1994 and has maintained an office in that area since that time. With over 40 years experience in the legal profession, people who value a firm that cares about them personally and will find the solution to their challenge naturally gravitate to this firm.

Knowledge is power. The more knowledge the clients have, the better they understand how their situation is unique. As a result, they experience resolution from a standpoint of power and experience peace of mind.
I am happy to review documents for clients and am willing to work with them. My goal is to make sure that things are done correctly and will provide the desired result.
I believe that every person needs a coach. I use a coach in my own practice. I welcome the opportunity to help coach those who want to represent themselves.
I am an attorney because I like people and enjoy serving them. As an attorney, I have the opportunity to use my talents of developing ideas to solve problems and work with many unique and great people. Although, when I started on this path as teenager the glamor and opportunity to make money may have been the driving force, the great people I get to work with each day energizes my life and is the real reason I am an attorney.
Listening to and learning from all of the many different types of cases and people I have encountered over the years gives me an understanding and ideas to find solutions. However, perhaps the most significant experience that makes me a better lawyer in the area of law I practice was dealing with the murder of my son in 2005, and helping his pregnant wife and my grandson who was born a few months later.
I enjoy people and diverse challenges. Helping people plan for end of life issues and assisting the family after the loss of a loved one is rewarding both professionally and personally.
The people I get to work with.
We all are focused on listening to and helping our clients. All staff is very closely aligned in their philosophy of life and family, which is the foundation for the service we provide in our office. I have worked with one of my legal assistants for 12 of the past 17 years and the other assistant is my daughter. David, my associate, has a dry wit to complement his in deep knowledge of the law.
Allowing clients to share all of their concerns about the issues that concern them, and then encouraging them to describe what they would like the solution to be. Then we work to find the law which will accomplish what they want.
Observing and getting to know people, and reading biographies.
