Since its founding in 1991, the Denman Law Office has found a special purpose and meaning in the representation of social security disability claimants. From the earliest days, our firm has limited its legal practice to fighting for the social security disability benefits denied to the injured and sick who cannot work. Denman Law Office has successfully presented hundreds of social security disability claims to the social security administration in the North Texas and East Texas area. We know how important your claim for social security disability benefits is. We stand ready to fight for the benefits that you deserve.
My previous employment was in the areas of real estate litigation and asset-based lending.

I want my clients to be well-informed, and we do a lot to help our clients understand the process. There is, however, a lot of bad information out there about social security disability, and we ask that our clients look to us first for education on social security disability.
This is not a part of social security disability representation.
It is ironic that the social security disability assessment process was designed to allow claimants to represent themselves without the requirement of legal representation; yet, it is widely known that unrepresented claimants do not fair well in the system. I have found that I can do the most good for disabled workers by being completely responsible for their representation.
I sought a way to use my verbal, written, and persuasive skills to be of help to others. Law was the perfect choice.
My undergraduate degree is in psychology with a minor in biology. My degree is psychology serves me well in a field where a keen understanding of people and their motivations is required. My minor in science informs my Social Security Disability practice where I most understand medical treatments, processes and procedures.
I sought a way to use my legal skills to help people that really do need help.
Helping people who have worked hard all their lives, and now need help because their health keeps them from working.
My wife, Beverley K. Denman, is a degreed registered nurse (R.N.) who assists in our office by reviewing medical records and conducting client medical history interviews.
I am extremely patient. I am assertive without being confrontational. Abrasive "Rambo" legal representation does not work well in the Social Security Disability system.
