Criminal Defense, equally comfortable in State or Federal Court. I have been established since 2001 and have been located in the downtown area of San Diego.
Information coming soon.
Member of the Board of Directors, San Diego County Criminal Defense Bar Association, Member National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL)
I'm in favor of it. I support the demystification of the law.
If they are related to facts of the case, always. If they are related to legal issues- less so.
Unwilling.
To help people.
Worked my way through school, scarified to obtain my education.
I enjoy defending people accused of crime.
Professional independence.
I am a solo practitioner so if you hire me, you will be speaking to me.
I enjoy trying cases in state or federal court, however I pride myself on knowing the ins and outs of each department in the San Diego criminal courts. I really try to assess what the client is looking for and then attempt to deliver that experience (i.e. some clients want to fight all the way, others want the experience to end as quickly as possible).
I am active in the world of independent music- I have my own independent record label. I enjoy reading about the history of California and the history of the Middle Ages in Europe. I enjoy attending baseball and football games. I play softball, run, ski and do my best to have an active lifestyle.

I charge $1500 for a "simple" DUI. That includes attending the DMV suspension hearing, Basic Case investigation, Plea and Follow up appearance. I charge $2500 for a "simple" Domestic Violence case. Trial is always extra, paid at a daily rate. General misdemeanor costs range from $1500 to $7500. Felonies start from $7500 and go up from there. A typical felony case costs $10,000.
