I attend and teach legal education seminars on the topics of employment law and litigation. I always exceed the required amount of continuing education hours.
I was one of the trial lawyers in the largest sexual harassment verdict in California involving six female grocery clerks. This case resulted in a published California decision, Gober v. Ralphs Grocery Co. (2006) 137 Cal.App.4th 204.
I also served as appellate counsel in the groundbreaking sex harassment case, Weeks v. Baker & McKenzie (1998) 63 Cal.App.4th 1128. This case garnered worldwide attention when a legal secretary won $7.1 million dollars against the world's largest law firm.
I also helped to try and win a racial harassment case where an African-American man was forced to endure a hangman's noose and the n-word in his workplace. That case resulted in another published case, Greene v. Dillingham Construction N.A., Inc. (2002) 101 Cal.App.4th 418.

Established in 2005, my firm focuses exclusively on plaintiffs' employment civil rights cases. We prosecute primarily sex or race harassment and discrimination cases. I also handle retaliation, whistleblower and wrongful termination cases. In addition, I have experience handling whistleblower, qui tam, age and sexual orientation harassment, and discrimination cases.
I previously worked with an attorney named Phil Kay. He and I tried many cases together including three of the largest sex harassment cases in California history. We also tried race harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation cases. Prior to that, I worked in a Civil Rights firm in San Francisco now called Rosen, Bien & Galvan. I started my career working for the Federal Government called the Honors Program for new attorneys.

Clients need to be informed, so I encourage this.
I am happy to do this.
I do not encourage this, though I do provide advice to people who want to help government agencies investigate their claims.
I wanted to fight for justice and the little person against big powerful interests. That is why I decided to work for plaintiffs in employment civil rights cases.
My three girls make me a better lawyer because I have to fight to make the world a better place for them, and I have to win cases to support my family.
I chose plaintiffs' civil rights because it is an area that needs good lawyers and it is a righteous cause.
I like helping people who have been victimized and I like punishing the bullies who do that.
I do most of the things in my office. I have another attorney who works with me on some cases and I co-counsel most of my litigation cases with other leading plaintiffs' attorneys in San Francisco. Ever since my father died, my mother has been working as my office manager. I have legal clerks who are law students. I am in the process of hiring an associate who will start working in my office this summer.
My strengths are dedicated passion, my clients' interests, and the experience at trial to know how to win a case even under difficult circumstances. My style is to provide aggressive representation to maximize the recovery for my client.
