100% Plaintiff's Personal Injury
The Airola Law Offices was established in 1997, although I have been an attorney since 1991.
I have been a personal injury lawyer, working in the auto accident and injury field for over 15 years. I have successfully handled thousands of personal injury cases involving auto accidents, pedestrian accidents, dog bites, wrongful death, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, uninsured motorist claims, burn injuries, and brain damage.
Before working on behalf of injured persons, I spent six years working on behalf of insurance companies, against injured persons. Consequently, I have an in-depth, working knowledge concerning how insurance companies handle claims. I use this experience against insurance companies to successfully represent my clients.
Judge Pro Tem in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties.
It is vitally important for clients to understand the issues involved in their case. At the first meeting I have with a new client I help them understand exactly what their case is about and what the key issues are. That education continues throughout the case.
We will gladly review any and all documents prepared by clients prior to representation.
I have assisted many clients who want to represent themselves.
I decided to become a lawyer when I was quite young. I have always enjoyed assisting people with disputes, even as far back as elementary school. In addition, I was introduced to the legal profession very early in life. My grandfather, Virgil M. Airola, became a lawyer in California in 1916 and there have been lawyers in my family ever since. In fact, there are nine attorneys in my family and three have been judges. I began working with my cousin, Kenneth D. Airola, at his law firm in San Andreas, California in 1977 and worked there throughout high school. While working for Ken I realized that I would really like to be an attorney.
Before representing individuals in personal injury cases I worked on behalf of insurance companies, against injured people. Working for the insurance companies gave me an in-depth, working knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate and handle cases. Consequently, because I have worked on the "other side" I am much better equipped to represent injured persons against insurance companies.
I chose personal injury practice for two reasons: First, I really enjoy representing "the little guy" against the big insurance company. Second, I enjoy the medical aspect of personal injury and spent years learning the medical aspect of personal injury cases.
I really enjoy representing the underdog. In other words, I like representing David against Goliath.
Tuesday Airola is an associate attorney at our law office. Tuesday's previous work history includes over eight years of corporate sales and marketing experience at various high-tech companies in the Bay Area. The last company for which she worked was Yahoo!, Inc.

I am a very strong and effective communicator. In addition, I am a straight-shooter and direct with my clients.
When I am not chasing my four children around, I like to play the trumpet (both jazz and classical), run marathons, and travel.
