The Firm represents individuals and small businesses in a wide variety of real estate litigation and transactions including purchase and sale disputes, disclosure issues, boundary and easement disputes, construction defects, broker disputes, contractor disputes, subcontractor disputes and drafting real estate transaction documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements and loan and financing documents as well as forming Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs).
I have practiced law since 1986. I previously worked with a large real estate developer, and then founded The Scharff Law Group in 1991.
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker.
I'm all for it.

Yes.
I wanted to use my passion, analytical abilities, and public speaking skills to help people reach effective solutions to their legal problems.
I have a real estate broker's license, so I have the knowledge and experience of having done a number of real estate transactions. In addition, I worked in-house for a large real estate firm and have significant trial and arbitration experience, which gives me a wealth of knowledge to draw upon.
I own and manage a number of large commercial and residential projects, and I always had a strong interest in real estate.
I like the satisfaction of winning.
I have a number of attorneys that I associate with and work closely with. I also have some part-time paralegals.
My strength is that I am friendly, persuasive, and enjoyable to work with. I keep the focus on winning, or in a business transaction, getting the deal done.
