Yes, I have published several articles that are available online through the University of Texas.
I have done many asylum cases from Zimbabwe over the last five years. I also help people immigrate to the United States based on a family relationship (usually United States spouse). I regularly do waiver cases in Immigration Court. I also do appellate cases with the Board of Immigration Appeals.

We pride ourselves on handling complicated immigration issues, and offering every client the aggressive, fearless representation they deserve. We care about helping individuals find safety in political asylum, seize opportunity and rekindled family relationships here in the United States.
Our attorneys are passionate about supporting individuals as they attempt to qualify for their green card or assertively defending their rights when brought before a deportation hearing.
I was a Judicial law Clerk for Executive Office for Immigration Review under the Attorney General's Honor Program. I then worked for a small law firm for three years, then established Saenz Rodriguez & Associates, P.C. in 1995
Adjunct Professor Baylor School of Law - Immigration Law, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Dallas District Office USCIS Liaison, AILA National Mentor, Frequent speaker on Immigration topics for University of Texas School of Law Continuing Education Department, Immigration Advisor National Hispanic Institute
Knowledge of the law is critical in all cases. I believe that in order to be successful in a case, the lawyer and the client must both understand the overall goal and have a clear understanding of the relevant legal issues involved in a case.
Yes.
Very rarely; this is a very dangerous practice in a very complex area of the law.
It has been a dream since I was a very young child.
I worked with seven immigration judges right out of law school, I learned a lot about immigration from the court perspective and I think that makes me a better lawyer.
I grew up on the border and it was something that came very natural to me.
I love dealing with the clients. The work that I do really has an impact on many lives. There is great satisfaction that comes with uniting a family who has been separated or helping someone escape persecution and find freedom and safety in the United States.
We are an aggressive law office that is willing to work hard to find innovative solutions to most immigration cases. We are known for taking cases that no one else is willing to even look at due to the complexity of the case. We try our best to find the best possible way to deal with every case, even those that may seem hopeless.
Cases are handled by attorneys who are very client oriented and take time to get to know their clients. Our vast experience in removal cases has provided us with ability to handle difficult cases with alternative approaches that tend to be overlooked by the traditional or less experienced practitioner. The attorneys are a husband and wife team who have worked together for years and have a lot of litigation experience in immigration court.
I am very direct with the court and with my clients. I can be aggressive when necessary and I take a positive approach to all of my cases.
I am a mom of two young children and I am involved in school activities as well as community activities. I am active in sports and teach religious education in my church.
