Obtained favorable and unprecedented negotiated settlement for client in Internet domain name dispute with large international entertainment company. My most common business law achievement is guiding clients in the selection of the optimal business entity structure and formation state, which often turn out to be different from the client's preconceived notion - or from the conventional wisdom - of the right way to go (for example, a Nevada LLC is right for some clients, but not for everyone).

I am a sole practitioner, but when necessary or advantageous for the proper representation of a client, I have numerous other attorneys and law firms with which I associate from time to time, especially in litigation matters where greater manpower is sometimes needed.
