I have completed seminars such as Divorce 101, Elder Abuse, Long Term Care Nursing Home and Unlawful Detainer. I exceed my MCLE requirements.
I worked on a complex divorce that involved various property disputes. My client didn't have to pay what was initially requested from the opposing party and was also able to get reimbursed for the property he paid for.
In another case, there were multiple plaintiffs in a bus accident, and the bus company didn't feel they were liable for anyone. All the plaintiffs were rewarded.

My firm focuses on Family Law and Personal Injury matters. I began practicing in November of 2003. Before opening the office, I was a Tax Accountant.
I worked as a Tax Accountant and Insurance Director prior to practicing law.
I was a Volunteer Attorney with Legal Assistance for Seniors, and now volunteer with organizations who assist the elderly.
I believe that it's important for clients to know what rights they have. With knowledge on their side, clients can protect themselves from violations of their rights.
I'm 100% willing to review documents prepared by clients. Sometimes people know more than they think. Having a professional review the documents could save time and money down the line.
I'm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves. I understand that finances are often a large part of decision to employ an attorney. I meet my clients where they are in their financial situation.
I consistently saw uninformed people being abused by others. By becoming a lawyer, I could help educate others and help them protect themselves.
My psychology degree is an important tool in my profession. An attorney is often the first contact after a traumatic incident, and empathy is often necessary along with the dispensation of information.
I find the law fascinating.
Every case is different, and I'm able to help people on a daily basis.
I'm the primary contact in my office. I prefer my clients to have access to me.
I possess empathy, diligence, and strength, all in one package.
I'm more of a hand-holder with my senior clients. With all of my clients, I give them information, an ear, and the service of an attorney who will fight for their rights.
I like to play tennis and racquet ball, although I don't get to play too often since I'm working.
