I founded the firm in 1997 and have owned and managed the firm to the present and am currently the managing partner.
I have experience at all levels of criminal law from first degree murder cases to misdemeanor DUI cases in Municipal Court. I have handled several high profile cases including the "baby formula" case in federal court and the matricide murder case. I have experience handling a variety of cases from major felonies in Federal Court to misdemeanors in municipal court. No matter what the case, I have the experience to handle your case effectively and at a reasonable rate.
I have judged several trial advocacy competitions and I am active in the State Bar of Arizona Member Assistance Program.
Clients should be educated but must keep in mind that it costs ten times as much to fix a legal situation as it does to do it right the first time and sometimes things can't be fixed if they get to messed up. So, be careful when you handle your own legal matters.

To help people.
I started out years ago as a car salesman, where I learned the art of persuasion. Next, I studied persuasion in college, and now I apply what I learned to my I work, protecting the rights of the accused.
I like pressure and high stakes. There are no higher stakes than a person's personal freedom, even if it is for only one day.
I like helping people.
We have a Polish speaking legal assistant and a Spanish speaking legal assistant. We are a diverse group of people and have divorce attorneys, a certified specialist in personal injury/wrongful death and criminal defense attorneys. William Sargeant is a retired Superior Court Judge and works in our criminal law division.
I am a talker and a deal maker. I love trial and that is where I shine.
I like to use humor in my presentations if possible.
I ski, scuba dive, play golf, and sail.
