I enjoy clients who have taken the time to become educated on legal issues that may impact them. Clients, however, must be mindful that many areas of the law do not lend themselves to quick education.
We are willing to review such documents, provided the client agrees to permit a sufficient amount of time to do so. We are not the firm to come to for a "10 minute review" of a document.
We find that this is not cost-effective for the client and often creates conflict.
I was always fascinated with business, how it was structured, what it entailed and how one created value.
My experience as a teaching assistant helps me communicate better with clients and my education background provides me with the tools necessary to provide competent legal services.
I have always been interested in businesses of all forms.
I like helping one or more people create something of value.
The firm is comprised of three experienced attorneys, each of whom practiced together at one time in downtown Los Angeles. We enjoy what we do and believe we do it well.
Our unique strength is derived from the breadth and depth of the experience of our attorneys, who have worked with clients large and small as private counsel, outside general counsel and in-house counsel.
I am straightforward, even-keeled, careful and engaged. I advocate removing emotion for legal matters, as it clouds judgment and increases costs.
I enjoy history, travel, and family.
