American law originated as being for the people, not for a select class to manipulate on behalf of the people.
No, I am not willing to review documents prepared by clients.
Yes; but with signed agreement of non-responsibility.
I like to read, but that activity won't feed a body in America. Everything else was work. The law was what I disliked doing the least.
My education as an English Major gave me clarity in writing and expressing ideas. Experience taught me the value of allowing the other person to talk.
Business is the engine of this society.
I deal with enthusiastic people (business owners).
We are five attorneys plus another in-house attorney who prefers to work for attorneys only (and avoid client contact). Two speak Spanish. Three are women. One is African; one is Columbian. We have a multi-lingual staff.
Formations and corporate work are "bread and butter" activities leading to expertise that is sought from other attorneys. Practical business solutions, to compliment legal activities, are another emphasis.
I provide casual delivery of corporate technicality with a sense of humor.
