I encourage those clients who wish to educate themselves on their legal issues to do so, but I remain available to answer any questions they may have.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?
I wanted to make my living helping people.
What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?
I received an excellent education from U.C. Davis School of Law. I have since successfuly handled hundreds of cases including dozens tried to a judge and several tried to a jury.
Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?
Insurance companies are supposed to spread risk among the population and help those who suffer losses. In my experience, far too often, insurance companies attempt to take advantage of people in their time of need. I began to focus on personal injury clients to help prevent that abuse.
What do you like best about your career?
I love to level the playing field between individuals and large corporations who would otherwise take advantage of them.

I am a solo practitioner. I travel throughout Santa Clara County and Santa Cruz County assisting a wide variety of clients.
What are your strengths and style?
My clients tell me that I am an excellent negotiator and in most cases my clients have been very pleased with the results I have obtained for them. A list of references can be found at www.redhouslawyer.com.
I am informal and approachable with my clients. The law can be complex and I feel that it is my job to make sure that my clients understand their options.
