Our firm has been in Orange County since 1973. E. Paul Tonkovich has an well-established practice focusing on business litigation and advising small businesses. I have developed a practice offering estate planning services to our business clients and those with estate planning and probate needs.

I like working with individuals and small business owners to help them solve their problems or achieve their goals.

The business and investing education I received in connection with my M.B.A. and Certified Financial Planner designations gives me a unique perspective on estate planning.
Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?
Estate Planning is a complex field and I am drawn to the challenges it presents.
What do you like best about your career?
I like the environment of constant learning.
Tell us about your law firm:
I work largely on my own. I do not use paralegals or legal assistants. When you call, I pick up my own phone if I am available. I think this provides more value to my clients.
What are your strengths and style?
I have integrated technology into my practice to allow me to provide services much more efficiently than other attorneys.
I am very casual and low-key and try to make clients as comfortable as possible in dealing with their complex issues.
