I am all for it. I appreciate it when clients educate themselves because they then have an overall view of their problem or situation prior to meeting me.

I always found the law fascinating, even as a child. Also, I was very close with my uncle, who was an attorney. One time he brought a real property book home. I read the entire book and enjoyed it thoroughly; ever since, I've been intrigued by the law.
I worked my way through college and law school; I feel it makes me a well-rounded attorney in all of my cases.
I chose to work in intellectual property, personal injury, and product liability because it is cutting edge law that's ever changing. Also, in this area of the country intellectual property cases are very prevalent.
I like that I get to meet various individuals and that the fact patterns of new cases are always different.
We're a local bay area firm with approximately 20 attorneys and we work very well together—our firm has a collegial atmosphere. In addition, we work with a nationally renowned boutique law firm that specializes in prosecuting patents, and are co-counsel with us in many of our intellectual property litigation cases. The combination of the boutique law firm Feldman Gale and our firm gives us a group experience of having litigated cases in the majority of counties throughout California and throughout the mainland United States.
I am very good at negotiating resolutions through effective litigation.
I start work early, work hard, and am available for clients when they need me.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and son; I also like to golf and surf when I can.
