I frequently consult on issues regarding intellectual property ownership, licensing, protecting and developing intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets). Our firm structures, drafts, and reviews contracts and deals. We advise about the use and setup of corporate and LLC entities. I have worked on negotiations worldwide for international projects and enterprises. In addition to over 26 years of big and small firm practice, I have taught at distinguished law facilities worldwide in intellectual property and media law areas.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I wrote my graduate thesis on copyright and constitutional law. I also produced films and theatre.

What do you like best about your career?

I most enjoy working with creative and innovative people and companies. I love the challenge of the rapidly evolving field of intellectual property law.

We team up with lawyers and experts when useful and economically efficient for the client. We have the support of excellent and knowledgeable assistants and paralegal staff.

What are your strengths and style?

I have a personal and creative approach, keeping particular clients' needs and resources in mind.

Personal Interests:

Sustainable development issues - I am on the board of the Presidio School of (Sustainable) Management. Other interests include film, theatre, and reading, as well as staying informed on international and citizen diplomacy issues.
