Previous Employment Summary

I was the former business and employment department director for one of the largest immigration law firms in the country. I have experience in all aspects of business, employment, investment, family and related immigration matters. I have successfully represented thousands of professional employees, multi-million dollar investors, and other immigrant and nonimmigrant foreign nationals. Also, I have counseled corporate clients in the health care, motion picture, technology, athletics, arts, manufacturing, and science industries.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

It is very important for clients to educate themselves on general immigration legal issues. Immigration law changes constantly and being informed about particular points of law can help clients stay current.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I am more than willing to review documents with clients throughout the processing of their case.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

In certain circumstances I will help clients prepare for USCIS interviews. Complicated cases require professional representation.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I became a lawyer to help people with difficult aspects of the law.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

Working in a law office is good preparation. Philosophy courses are very good training for future lawyers.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

Immigration law provides an opportunity to assist people in acquiring freedom and independence.

What do you like best about your career?

I like best the intrinsic benefits that come from helping clients acquire a better future in the United States of America.

I use innovative techniques in my practice of immigration law. Immigration law is constantly changing and requires contemporary methods to effectively process each case. I also believe in offering my clients personalized service and advice.

Personal Interests:

First and foremost is my family, including my wife and three girls. I also enjoy outdoor activities, golf, other sporting events, and watching my six year old play soccer.

Prices vary depending on the difficulty of the case. Typical prices include: H-1B $1900; L-1A $3,000; O-1 $4200; E-2/E-1 $4500; Family Adjustment of Status $2000; Naturalization $850, etc.
