I certainly favor anything that helps the client understand the consequences or benefits of a course of action for which I am retained to render professional services.

Yes, but only for the simplest of documents. Otherwise, I can only vouch for documents that I am retained to prepare.

OK for certain small claims cases.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I enjoy helping people solve problems and achieve peace of mind.

As a sole practitioner, I am able to design my practice to serve people the way I would want to be served.
