Jeffrey S. Trespel is the managing attorney for The Justice Project. Licensed to practice in New Mexico and Florida, he was an insurance adjuster, claim supervisor, and an insurance defense attorney before he determined that his calling was to help people, not corporations. Having worked for insurance companies, he understands what motivates them to pay personal injury claims.
