How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
Attorney Brent Westbrook decided to serve the financially distressed while still in law school. This internship gave Mr. Westbrook a tremendous appreciation for bankruptcy practice. Bankruptcy has been Mr. Westbrook specialty since becoming a licensed attorney.
Mr. Westbrook's favorite thing about bankruptcy practice is working with people. He works directly with his clients and has set his practice up that way on purpose!

What distinguishes your law firm from others?
Our client centered focus distinguishes our firm from others. From your first phone call to your creditors meeting you are dealing with one attorney in our office who personally completes your paperwork with you. Most firms have clients complete large packets of paperwork that a paralegal uses to draft your final petition and schedules. At Westbrook Law Group, LLC, an attorney meets directly with clients to prepare their paperwork for them in the office. We answer questions directly and return phone calls same day. When it comes to your finances, is anything less acceptable?
Also, you will stay with the same attorney throughout your representation. We do not believe that using multiple attorneys as other firms do serves our client's best interests.
