We handle evictions for residential properties and mobile home parks, as well as for commercial properties.We have flexible billing schedules for any client whether you own a portfolio of hundreds of properties, or whether you are simply renting out a single room. Generally, we handle evictions at an affordable flat rate per appearance. Costs are billed separately. We will discuss our fee schedule at our first consultation.

Travis Bronik

Attorney Travis Bronik is responsible for our Small-Business Law and Real Estate Divisions.

Travis graduated with honors from Michigan State College of Law. While there, he emphasized his course study in business litigation, incorporation, and planning (with a focus on real estate). He is also the owner of a prominent real estate brokerage which gives him a unique perspective when advising clients on every aspect of property ownership.

Christopher Atallah

Attorney Christopher Atallah is responsible for our Estate Planning and Probate Division.

Christopher graduated with honors from Wayne State University Law School, where he attended on a full academic scholarship. Christopher's interest in the law stems from his passion for people, and his belief that, with some simple guidance, the law can work for, rather than against the individual.

Jeffrey Kerby

Attorney Jeffrey Kerby is responsible for our Divorce and Family Law Division.ï»¿

Jeffrey graduated from Wayne State University Law School. He has always had a natural desire to help people solve their problems. The relationship he maintains with his clients is twofold; first as a counselor, guiding his clients toward the most efficient and cost-effective option, second as a fierce defender and litigator of his clientsâ interests.ï»¿
