Firm Overview
Depending on your unique situation, we work together with you to develop and draft a plan that meets your needs. Whether it is a simple will, a revocable living trust, or more advanced estate planning, we customize the tools to your specific situation.
The level of complexity depends on your situation. Some clients need more sophisticated planning that can help them avoid probate, minimize estate taxes, protect assets from creditors, and/or control distributions to minor children.
We offer free consultations to discuss your situation and assess and recommend a planning strategy. All estate plans also include financial and medical powers of attorney, living wills and HIPAA authorizations.
We also offer alternative billing options, including flat fees, so that you can feel comfortable that you can have open dialogue with us about your plan without constantly worrying about your bill. Having complete and accurate information is of the upmost importance when putting together your estate plan. We have found that the flat fee arrangements are best in encouraging that communication and ensuring that your plan is tailored to your needs.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
As a long time transactional attorney, it was a natural fit to transition into estate planning work. In both practices, the ultimate goal is to work with your client towards a goal and to draft documents to make that goal a reality.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
We take great pride in the level of customer service that we provide our clients. The estate planning process is very important and should not be delayed. We make the process as easy as possible by having flexible meeting times and locations and making sure all the client's questions are answered before moving forward with planning.

Jeff Meyerson graduated from the University of Arizona Law School in 2003 where he served on the Arizona Law Review. He clerked for Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A. during law school and started his law career there after he graduated. After a couple of years at Gallagher & Kennendy, he worked for Fennemore Craig and then DLA Piper before leaving big law firms for his own practice in 2010.
