How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

There are several reasons that I practice the areas of the law. The main two reasons are that I feel comfortable practicing this law as well as leaving the client satisfied. I want to help individuals in need of help and get a great sense of satisfaction knowing that I was able to help people out.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

I have worked for law firms who practiced this type of law. It is there that I was able to learn the law in practice. I know the struggles many people face when trying to seek legal advice. Being a first generation attorney in my family means that I understand the client and am eager to help them.
I moved to the United States as a young boy and know hardship. I also am a firm believer that with hard work a lot can be accomplished.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

My law firms like many other law firms seeks to help people. I believe in giving the client time to tell me his side of the story. I am a compassionate individual who will do all I can to help my client. I am also fluent in Polish.

Piotr Rapciewicz

I was born in Plock, Poland. I moved to the United States when I was 7 years old. I attended the Brick Township Public Schools. My parents encouraged me to continue speaking Polish at home as well as reading and writing in Polish in my spare time. In 2005 I graduated from Brick Township High School. In 2006 I received an Associates Degree in General Education from Ocean County College. In 2008 I graduated from Rutgers University â Newark with a Bachelors Degree in History. I attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan from September of 2008 to September 2010 when I received my Juris Doctrate with a concentration in Business Transactions. In September of 2010 I moved to Boston and began attending the University of Massachusetts. I am currently enrolled in the MBA program where I am gaining knowledge in the fields of Management, Finance, Marketing and Information Technology.

I enjoy helping people. I strongly believe in helping others and giving back to the community.
