Tim attended Michigan State University College of Law where he focused on corporate and international law. He was the Executive Editor of the International Law Review. He has worked with scholars and practitioners from a wide variety of institutions and Corporations including The Naval War College, Whirlpool, and The Brookings Institute.
Prior to joining the Cronin Law Firm Tim was employed with the Lansing, Michigan law firm of Hicks & Mullett, PLLC. Hicks & Mullett specializes in banking and real property law and Tim handled most of the foreclosure work carried out by Hicks & Mullett. While Tim was at Hicks & Mullett he assisted in a number of large commercial loan transactions and real property cases.
Tim is a Certified General Civil Facilitative Mediator. Tim has written Joint Ventures in China and a model dispute resolution clause, both practice guides distributed at the 2011 Annual Meeting of the International Law Section. Tim recently presented on the corporate legal climate in China at the May 2012 State Bar of Michigan International Law Section meeting. Tim is a past council member of the International Law Section and still maintains an active role in Section activities. As an associate at the Cronin Law Firm, he focuses on real property and corporate law as well as alternative dispute resolution.
