Winning or negotiating the best outcome for clients is Diane Cherry's number one goal. Diane believes that balancing solid, thorough case preparation with an innovative, flexible approach brings the greatest opportunity for success. Diane is able to assess each client's situation, and tailor an approach best suited to a successful outcome.
Diane Cherry began her legal career working in corporate litigation and employee/employer disputes. Over the years, her practice gradually evolved to family law, which involves disputes on a more personal level. Today, Diane uses her twenty-plus years of litigating to guide individuals through some of the most difficult and emotional times of their lives. Her goal is to not only win cases but to give her clients a new start in life after a bump in the road.
Diane is a member of the collaborative law institute of Georgia and encourages clients to mediate family law cases prior to taking a case to trial. Sometimes, the parties are so entrenched in their positions that trial is the only option; but in 99.9% of the cases, mediation is worthwhile and more often than not results in a favorable outcome.
