Ben Swinnen

Ben was born and raised in Brussels, Belgium. He attended Universite Libre de Bruxelles where he earned his Licence en Droit (JD), graduating Magna Cum Laude, as well as his Licence Speciale en Gestion (MBA). In 1998, Ben earned his second Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University, where he graduated Cume Laude. while at SMU, Ben was on Law Review, was a member of the Order of the Coif, and was a recipient of the CALI Energy Law Award.

Ben's primary areas of practice are Personal Injury, Business Litigation, Commercial Transactions and Criminal law.
