How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I am a former creditors attorney that started my own practise. When the economic crisis hit I focused on individual needs. i like everybody else was effectted by what happenned to our ecomony. Far to often the rich and powerful will be the ones how come out on top. i want to help those individuals to suceed in the face of this.

I worked as a creditors attorney for over 4 years. This gives me valuable insight to how the other side thinks.I have developed a working relationship with most creditors attorneys in Las Vegas. I am a leading attorney in chapter 11 cramdowns. Very few attorneys enjoy the success I have acheived in reducing property mortgages to fair market value through the chapter 11 process.

Most bankruptcy attorneys just do chapter 7 and 13. My firm does chapter 11 bankruptcies that allow property owners to reduce their mortgages to fair market value.
