I've been the managing partner of the firm since 2000.
Shortly after I joined the firm in 1997, I expanded our Social Security practice to include appeals to Federal Court.

I enjoy what I do because it allows me to help people who really need my help battling a disability system that doesn't care about them. I pride myself on being thorough and dedicated to my clients. And what I enjoy most about being a lawyer is winning for my clients.

Many clients have commented that I spend more time with them than other lawyers have, and that I and the rest of my office really care about them. I believe in my clients, and I do everything I can to win their case.

When I'm not practicing law, I spend time with my wife, Cheryl, hiking, cycling, camping, scuba diving, and taking photos. I was born in Hawai'i, and enjoy going back whenever I can, but I consider Colorado my home.
