Dennis M. Russell, as principal of Russell Law Group, has over 26 years of diverse but specific experience as an attorney in certain fields. He has aggressively litigated many hundreds of cases on behalf of corporations and individuals, including both simple and complex disputes pertaining to Business, Family Law and Divorce, Child Custody Matters, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation matters. He also has extensive experience advising clients on business and consumer matters and transactions

Additionally, Mr. Russell is Special Counsel to several well known and highly respected Immigration Law Firms and Family Law and Divorce Law Firms, who are affiliate attorneys and firms to Russell Law Group. It is through these affiliate attorneys, that Russell Law Group has the unique ability and flexibility to customize the most beneficial representation for each individual client in terms of fees and the exact specialization that is needed. Mr. Russell has litigated in arbitrations, as well as in state and federal courts. He has tried nearly a dozen cases to verdict and argued appeals.
Mr. Russell has been a partner and principal in the firms of Rosenfield & Russell and the Russell Law Group, as well two years as a litigator for Cyrus & Cyrus.
Concurrently with his legal practice, Mr. Russell founded and served as CEO of LawAmerica, Inc., which has developed affordable pre-paid legal plans for individuals, whose legal benefits include a wide range of legal matters such as immigration, family law, divorce, wills and other consumer oriented legal areas. The U.S. plan, while underwritten by Virginia Surety, established a network of law firms to provide the plan's consumer legal services throughout the United States. LawAmerica's international plan is designed to help more than 12 million Philippine overseas workers who become working immigrants in foreign countries.

From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Russell took a sabbatical from his day to day law practice to serve as in-house general counsel for Mantra Films, the producer and distributor of the popular Girls Gone Wild motion pictures and related products. Mr. Russell directed business and legal affairs and human resources for Mantra. Among many other transactions, Mr. Russell negotiated numerous financing, licensing, production, distribution, internet and marketing agreements.

Mr. Russell received his bachelor's degree Cum Laude (honors) in advertising and marketing from the Grady School of Journalism at The University of Georgia and his law degree from the Southwestern University School of Law, nationally accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA),
where he was honored with an award for Law and Motion Practice.

Mr. Russell is admitted to practice law in California, as well as the U. S. Federal Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts in California.
