Ryan Toomey

Alaina Zermeno

Alaina Zermeno is a member of the firm's personal injury section in Austin and focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury, automobile collisions, 18-wheelers, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injuries. Alaina has dedicated her legal career to fighting for others. Prior to joining the firm, Alaina was an Assistant Criminal District Attorney at the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney's Office where she balanced a heavy case load prosecuting cases in the juvenile and criminal trial divisions. Working as a prosecutor allowed Alaina to gain valuable trial experience and fueled her desire to help people who have been wronged.

Alaina Zermeno is a member of the firm's personal injury section in Austin and focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury, automobile collisions, 18-wheelers, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injuries. Alaina has dedicated her legal career to fighting for others. Prior to joining the firm, Alaina was an Assistant Criminal District Attorney at the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney's Office where she balanced a heavy case load prosecuting cases in the juvenile and criminal trial divisions. Working as a prosecutor allowed Alaina to gain valuable trial experience and fueled her desire to help people who have been wronged.

Alaina earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy and earned the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Service Award. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a 3.93 GPA, earning a Bachelor of Journalism.

When she's not at the office, Alaina enjoys baking and spending time with her English Bulldog, Daisy.
