Christopher M. Winslow

Chris Winslow has spent his life working in public service. Born in Prince William and raised in Gloucester County, he attended the University of Mary Washington and graduated with a degree in Political Science. Following commencement in 2001, Orange County Prosecutor Rob Bell asked Chris to be his Campaign Manager for the 58th House District seat vacated by Delegate Paul Harris and once held by Thomas Jefferson. Chris led the campaign to a landslide victory in the November election and served as Legislative Assistant to Delegate Bell (Albemarle-58) during the 2002 and 2003 General Assembly sessions.

During that time, Chris evaluated and made recommendation on a wide range of legislation including enhancing penalties for drunk driving, peeping and dog-fighting, preserving the rights of midwives, and strengthening parents

Sarah L. McCurry

Sarah Ludlow McCurry is a resident of Midlothian, Virginia. Sarah graduated Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. While at Stetson, Sarah focused her studies on civil matters and was a member of honors society Phi Delta Phi. Following law school, Sarah accepted a position as an associate
in an AV rated Florida law firm practicing both commercial litigation and creditor bankruptcy. Since early 2009, Sarah has practiced in the Richmond Area. Her focus has remained in the civil arena, representing both small businesses and individuals in the Richmond community.

Sarah regularly instructs other lawyers in CLE business topics from entity formation to commercial leases. Sarah is admitted to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Florida. She is admitted to both state and federal courts in each principality, including all Virginia General District and Circuit Courts, the Virginia Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Recently, Sarah was featured in Work It, Richmond, a premiere Richmond Region Small Business Solution publication.

Sarah is married with two children. She is active in the community and enjoys spending her free time with her family and gardening.

Erika E. MacCormac

Born and raised in Chesterfield County, Erika MacCormac attended the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University graduating magna cum laude with memberships in Gamma Beta Phi, Pi Sigma Alpha, and the Golden Key Society. She was also a columnist with the Collegiate Times.

After college, Erika attended the University of Richmond School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor with a Certification of Concentration in Family Law. In addition , she worked and served as a Teaching Assistant for the Jeannette Lipman Family Law Clinic. She was also Executive Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and Public Interest, served on the University of Richmond Client Counseling and Negotiation Board, and earned first prize in Richmond

Stephen A. Mutnick

Steve Mutnick practices primarily in the areas of criminal, traffic and domestic relations law after serving as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for five and one half years. He was an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Loudoun County for two years, before serving as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Henrico County. As an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney, Steve prosecuted every type of case, with a focus on serious traffic cases, DUI, DUI-Drug cases and traffic fatality cases.

Steve is currently a faculty member at the Virginia CLE Defense of Serious Traffic Cases seminar where he instructs other lawyers on how to practice in Dui, hit and run, reckless driving and other cases, and has taught at the Commonwealth Attorneys Services Council Spring Institute, the Virginia State Police Academy and the Henrico Police Academy.

Born and raised in Burke, Virginia, Steve attended the College of William and Mary with a major in Public Policy. He was a member of the student government, serving as Secretary of Finance and a founder of the Mock Trial Team. After college, he attended the TC Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. While at Richmond, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, Moot Court Team and the Journal of Law and Public Interest. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Trial Advocacy Award from the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Steve enjoys boating, baseball, hockey and guitar and playing intramural sports with River City Sports and Social Club.

Brandon S. Nexsen

Brandon was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia. He attended Wake Forest University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. While at Wake Forest he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and the Phi Alpha Theta history honors society.

Prior to law school, Brandon worked for the Norfolk law firm of Decker, Cardon, Thomas, Weintraub, & Neskis. He attended the University of Richmond School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor. During law school, Brandon worked for the Virginia Department of Social Services and the Henrico County Attorney
