Paul A. Pettine III

Paul Pettine is a founding partner in the law firm of Wilson & Pettine, LLP. He has practiced law in California for more than 30 years, developing the expertise to become a highly trusted Santa Barbara matrimonial and family attorney. In addition to his caseload, Paul also serves as a Family Law Settlement Master for the Santa Barbara Superior Court.

Community Involvement:
Paul is greatly involved with public education. He volunteers weekly at in public school and is Past-President of the Carpinteria Education Foundation, which raises funds for Carpinteria's public schools.
He actively supports the Carpinteria High School Softball Team, coaches the High School's Mock Trial Team, and is a member of the High School's Site Counsel and Title IX Committee.
Paul also is a committee member of the Measure U Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee which is charged by the Carpinteria Unified School District Board of Trustees with ensuring that all bond funds are spent as promised on Carpinteria Unified School District capital projects set forth in Measure U.

Rachel Lindenbaum Wilson

Rachel Lindenbaum Wilson is a founding partner in the law firm of Wilson & Pettine, LLP. She was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and has practiced law in Santa Barbara for more than 39 years. Throughout her career, Rachel has focused on providing top-quality, ethical legal counsel to her clients. She created and established Santa Barbara's "Children in the Middle" parent education program. Parents are required to attend and complete this mandatory parenting program prior to mediation or court proceedings. Her dedication in the area of family law has garnered her many honors and earned her the reputation as one of the premiere family attorneys in Santa Barbara.
