C. Todd Marks

Mr. Marks' experience includes divorce, child support and alimony modification, real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning and probate, and employment law.

Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law.

While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups.

In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firm Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters.

Sheldon McMullen

Mr. McMullen has a wealth of experience in all types of litigation, including real estate, personal injury, commercial litigation, and family law. Mr. McMullen earned his B.A. degree in English from Florida State University in 1998, and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2002. Since that time, he has established a considerable amount of experience with both trial law and mediation. He is also committed to helping facilitate amicable resolutions to litigation through mediation whenever possible. He is a certified Supreme Court Certified Circuit-Civil Mediation and a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. He is additionally certified by the Federal Court as a mediator and certified in foreclosure mediations.

Kelly Albanese

Before joining Westchase Law, P.A., Kelly M. Albanese earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Philosophy & Political Science from The Florida State University. She went on to pursue her law degree and received her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University in Orlando, Florida. During law school, Ms. Albanese participated in Barry University's Child & Family Law Concentration Program. Ms. Albanese also gained experience working as a law clerk for a firm located in Wesley Chapel, FL where she was consequently hired on as an Associate Attorney focusing on the areas of family law, bankruptcy, and personal injury.

Kylie Caporuscio

Before joining Westchase Law, P.A., Kylie Caporuscio earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government) from American University in Washington, DC. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. Ms. Caporuscio moved to Florida in January 2013 and spent her last semester as a visiting student at Stetson College of Law. During law school, Ms. Caporuscio gained legal experience working at the United States Army, a Virginia family law firm, and Florida's Guardian Ad Litem program.

Adam Itzkowitz

During law school, Adam interned for judges at the Sixth Judicial Circuit Family Division, as well as at the Sixth Judicial Circuit Criminal Division, in Clearwater, Florida. Adam was also a teaching assistant for the Federal Rules of Evidence and held a position as a summer associate for a firm located in Fort Myers, FL. Adam was also named a Law and Science Fellow for the National Clearinghouse for Science, Technology and the Law.

Adam has owned and operated a number of small businesses; including restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area. He also sat on the board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation.

His practice areas will include business law, litigation, personal injury, employment law, and hotel and restaurant law.
