Michael is a trial lawyer in Georgia, with cases and clients in more than a dozen metro counties, and in Atlanta, Augusta, Macon and Savannah. He has practiced law as a trial lawyer since graduating from Duke University Law School in 1993.

Welsh Law, LLC has been solving problems for individuals, families and businesses since 1996. We defend those accused of DUI or of white collar criminal offenses. We represent individuals and families in divorce, child custody and support, and guardianship matters. We advocate on behalf of individuals and families in elder law advocacy matters including claims against nursing homes. We pursue justice for individuals and small business in Federal employment litigation, sexual harassment, discrimination, defamation, and immigration and deportation/removal cases.

Michael Shane Welsh has been a trial lawyer representing parties in litigation in State and Federal Courts since 1993. He is licensed in Illinois and Georgia and practices as a trial lawyer solving problems for throughout Georgia. Michael earned his law degree at Duke University in 1993.
