Consumer Protection
The Warren Law Group helps consumers nationwide fight back against harassing debt collection companies and law firms.
At the Warren Law Group we have taken on the biggest banks in the country on behalf of consumers who could never afford to fight on their own. We get paid from the offending party NOT from our client.

We believe that an educated consumer is our best client. Most Americans do not know there are specific laws in place to protect them from unscrupulous collectors, lawyers and credit reporting agencies.

Let the team at Warren Law Group help you today.

Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

In limited circumstances that would be decided on a case by case basis.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

All of our work is charged to the defendant so our clients do not have to pay us in 95% of cases. Most of the remaining work is done on a flat fee basis so the client knows the costs before we start.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Normally the firm's cases are settled prior to using alternative dispute methods.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our firm's billing structure is aimed at helping those who could not otherwise afford an attorney. The federal laws we practice under call for fee shifting. Fee shifting means that the offending party, usually a collection agency or bank; has to pay the consumer's legal fees. We even advance court costs!

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

An educated consumer makes a great client. So many times we have explained what the firm does and the laws we use to protect consumers and in most cases the consumer had no idea there was protection.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?
