Vincent Martin and Joyce Cundy decided to merger their law practices in 2008. Vincent worked in the area of immigration law and Joyce was a family law attorney.
With the success of merging these two areas, we have now added a criminal defense practice and personal bankruptcy.
We are strong believers in educating our clients on the law as we work on their cases. It is important for our clients to be informed of the process and status of their case as we work together.
Whether it is for a green card, deportation, work visas, or divorce and other family law issues, we work together with our clients for the best possible outcome.
Before creating my own firm, I was lead immigration attorney at one of the 50 largest law firms in Minnesota.
As a business owner and immigrant myself, I sympathize with both the immigrants' personal plights, as well as employer issues in finding qualified workers.
I am sympathetic to my clients' causes and relentless in seeking justice for them. Whether it is a work visa that is wrongly denied, or deportation proceedings wrongly initiated by the government, I want to help.Personal interests:
I enjoy traveling, but even when I am out of the office, which is very rare, I am always available to my clients, thanks to modern technology. My family is, of course, number one in my life and I think this translates into me being a better lawyer for my clients. It helps me see beyond the law and into the real life effects that the law has on people.
