Our fee is 33 1/3 % of the recovery if the case settles before a complaint is filed and litigation commences; thereafter the fee is 40%.

Paul D. Van Der Walde is the firm's trial attorney and is responsible for managing all cases at the firm. Associate attorney Eva Silva has been at the firm for more than 8 years and does the majority of legal research and writing, including assisting with trial work. Paralegals Julia Valencia and Edlina Melehan keep the firm running and are responsible for calendaring, scheduling, obtaining all necessary documentation to support claims for damages, and preparing legal pleadings as well as correspondence. Irma Rodriquez rounds out the team as the firms number cruncher and administrative assistant.

Yes, we usually have one significant pro bono (free) case per year.
