We are a Charlottesville, Virginia law firm representing persons though out the Commonwealth. Each attorney handles one or two areas of the law. The areas we handle include Social Security Disability, Adoption, Estate Planning, Premarital Agreements, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Criminal, Family Law, Real Estate, Business and Medical Malpractice.

The type of fee depends upon the type of case. A Social Security Disability case is handled on a contingent fee basis of 25% with a cap of $6,000.00.

I prefer that my client's understand the multitude of issues facing them in a Social Security Disability claim.

Mary Ann Barnes

Practice is primarily Social Security Disability. Graduated from Delaware Law School in 1988 and James Madison University in 1983. Practiced in Harrisonburg Virginia until 1997, when moved to Charlottesville. Joined William Tucker and Yvonne Griffin in 1999 creating Tucker Griffin Barnes.
