Mr. Vogt received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a minor in Business and Political Science at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Mr. Vogt is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, Forum on the Construction Industry, American Bar Association Litigation Section, the Sacramento County Bar Association, and the Sacramento County Bar Construction Law Section. Mr. Vogt has also served as Judge Pro Tem and as an arbitrator and mediator.
