Get Years of Legal Experience on Your Side
Herrig & Vogt, LLP is a trusted, reputable, and compassionate firm with years of combined experience. Using only the highest quality resources, we frequently call upon skilled accountants, business valuators, and other experts to assist in supporting your case. Your personal objectives will be our first priority as we move to resolve your case.

Not every case benefits from the same strategies and we will assess your needs before prescribing a solution. We frequently encourage mediation, as we believe this can be valuable. Although our firm attempts to negotiate agreements outside of court whenever possible, we know that sometimes litigation is necessary and can even be beneficial.

If this is the case, our divorce lawyers can skillfully present your case and our years of trial experience to achieve a favorable outcome. There are few things more stressful or frustrating than dealing with matters in court, but we will work tirelessly to present a compelling and strong case.

Our firm can help with any of the following family law issues:

Child custody
Child support
Division of assets
Military divorce
Legal separation
Uncontested divorce
Spousal support
