"Superb lawyer! Lawyers and staff are extremely informative and understanding. Every person I spoke with and worked expressed genuine understanding and patience. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I understood the legal aspect of advice offered"

"Attny Ravosa's office runs like clockwork. They made sure everything was always up to date, and on time. Every step along the way his office contacted me to kept me informed and answered all of my questions quickly."

"I was not your average chapter 7 I had thousands of documents and nothing fazed this firm they stayed the course and delivered better results than I ever could have expected. The results were what they expected and they kept reassuring me things would work out and they did perfectly."

"I called two days before a foreclosure. He put our mind at ease immediately. We did a chapter 13. We had a very large trustee payment we couldn't handle. We went for a chapter 7 and a loan modification. We did the chapter 7 no problem. I never thought we'd get the loan modification because this would be our third try I thought it would be a waste of money. We were lied and cheated by another law firm and almost lost our home. I was wrong they got it done and they got it done fast. "

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our approach is on the individual and not solely on the process. After 18 years of experience we have modified the process to be a smooth as possible for our clients.

Our focus is on the individual and making sure that our client understands the process and has the individual support necessary to be able go through the process with the least amount of stress possible. For most Bankruptcy is a hard decision to make and it is typically the last resort. Having an Attorney who will listen, explain and be available is critical for getting through this process sucessfully.

Our office is flexible, we work how our clients want us to work. Unlike some attorneys who require that the client meets with them 4 - 5 times even before filing the petition, in this office we understand client's busy schedule, need to work, family and other demands. Our goal is to accommodate our clients without the need of putting any unnecessary burdens or demands on our clients. We accept information and documents in person, email, fax, mail or any other method which is more convenient for our clients.

We seize opportunity in Bankruptcy. Many attorneys know how to file a Chapter 7 or 13 cases but they are unaware or unable to provide services beyond the basic filing. We look for ways for our clients to obtain the best fresh start possible. Our office files motions to redeem relative our client's car loan which saves them money, file motions to avoid liens which helps to free up equity, motions to sell property so our client can reap the equity as opposed to the lender foreclosing and reaping the benefits. In Chapter 13 cases we are sometimes able to strip off 2nd and 3rd mortgages so our clients do not have to pay them. These are but a few of the opportunities available that we take advantage of for our clients.
