Practicing in these areas allows me to best leverage my education and experience to serve my clients.
Nolo has always been a leader in providing legal information for individuals and businesses. I believe it is in the best interest of the client for them to be as informed as possible about any legal matter they are involved in. This is why I am pleased to be associated with Nolo, providing representation to Nolo constituents.
I am always willing to review documents.
Case by case basis, but ethics rules preclude "ghost" representation, in most instances.
Licensed by the Oklahoma Bar Association, I have been providing Oklahoma residents with effective and economical legal representation since opening my practice in 2000. I was formerly an attorney working for the Oklahoma DHS Child Support Enforcement Division, where I worked for nine years. Subsequently, I was General Counsel for the Oklahoma Public Employees Association (OPEA).
My experience at DHS gave me valuable insight into the workings of Government, and into DHS, in particular. Working with the Oklahoma Public Employees Association gave me additional valuable insights into the interrelationships between politics and Government.
I focus on each client and try to meet their individual needs.Personal interests:
I enjoy reading, playing racquetball, following politics, and socializing with my friends.
