Benjamin Thompson

Ben Thompson handles complex commercial disputes and transactions. His practice areas include intellectual property, entertainment, e-commerce, employment, corporate structuring, bankruptcy, and alternative dispute resolution. Ben is an adjunct professor of law, teaching Negotiation Strategy at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and coaches the school's mediation and negotiation competition teams. Prior to starting his firm, he practiced at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where he focused on intellectual property, securities, and bankruptcy matters.

Andrew Marcus

Andy Marcus spent ten years as in-house counsel, business and legal affairs at 20th Century Fox, focusing primarily on television and digital media. Andy was responsible for negotiating, drafting and managing all manner of television development, production and distribution agreements at Fox Television Studios, Twentieth Television and FX Networks, and specialized in overseeing production legal matters on non-scripted programming for all 3 divisions at Fox.

After 10 years in television business and legal affairs, he was drafted to help oversee entertainment and content business and legal affairs at Fox Interactive Media and Myspace. There he served as SVP Business and Legal affairs at FIM and Myspace for 6 years, managing the team of lawyers that oversaw Americanidol.com, Foxsports.com and numerous high profile web based content plays and partnerships with television programs that incorporated user generated content, voting and online auditions for The X Factor, American Idol, Don

David Morrison

David Morrison is Executive Director of The Indie Film Clinic, a not for profit clinical program that provides transactional representation to independent and documentary filmmakers, and a Lecturer in Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.
