Fees

Free Initial Consultation?

Yes. WKC will provide a free consultation, up to 30 minutes. After the initial consultation, if the client requires additional legal advice, WKC charges $150. The in-person consultation generally lasts 1 to 1.5hours.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

WKC will analyze your case through the initial complaint stage, discovery, summary judgment motions, pretrial and trial. WKC then provides fixed price services upon complete assessment of your case.

Hourly Rates

WKC hourly rates are $ 225 per hour. For clients accessing WKC through NOLO, WKC provides a 10% discount.
