Since 1987, Mr. Rooth has continued to devote his legal career to representing injured victims innursing home neglect, medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Mr. Rooth firmly believes that fighting for the rights of injured victims is an important check against corporations and insurers putting profits over the rights and safety of citizens.
Mr. Rooth is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justiceand the Illinois State Bar Association.
Mr. Rooth lives in Evanston, Illinois with his family. He is past president of the Chiaravalle Montessori School Board of Trustees and the Team Evanston Soccer Club.
