Matthew A. Breddan, earned his Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fullerton, in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from University of La Verne, College of Law.
Mr. Breddan has been in the practice of law since 1994. While he started his career working for others, he later opened his own practice in the San Fernando Valley which was predominately dedicated to all aspects of family law. It is Mr. Breddan
James P. Reape, received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University in 1982. After practicing law in Encino for several years, he founded James P. Reape, A Professional Corporation, in 1992 and moved his practice to Valencia, California.
Mr. Reape has significant trial and settlement experience. His reputation and excellent track record are widely recognized in Southern California. He is a member of the Family Law Sections of the California State Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association. Mr. Reape has throughout his career taken leadership roles in each of these organizations.
He serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator for Los Angeles Superior Court and Arbitrator for Los Angeles County Bar Fee Dispute Program. He has served as Chairman of the Los Angeles area for UNICEF, pro bono attorney for Domestic Violence Clinics, and he donates his time to various non-profit groups within his community.

David E. Rickett, earned his Associate of Arts degree in Math/Science from College of the Canyons, his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and his Bachelor of Science in Law and Juris Doctorate degrees from Glendale College of Law.
Mr. Rickett has practiced law since 1995. He was certified in misdemeanor jury trials and has volunteered and prosecuted cases for the Ventura County District Attorney's Office. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Rickett completed Pepperdine University School of Law's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution program, is on the Los Angeles Superior Court panel for Alternate Dispute Resolution Mediators, and volunteers mediating family law matters for the Los Angeles Superior Courts.
