The firm's founder and managing attorney is Laura J. Neville, Esq.  Ms. Neville graduated from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden with Honors and was the recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and a Pro Bono Publico Award for her volunteer work.  As a law student Ms. Neville was recognized for her persuasive and effective oral argument and legal writing skills, finishing with the Top Ten Brief and as Top Ten Oralist in the Honorable James J. Hunter Memorial Moot Court Competition.

After receiving her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Neville was selected to serve an Appellate Division clerkship with the Honorable Anthony J. Parrillo, J.A.D.  As an Appellate Division clerk, Ms. Neville was required to assess matters on appeal from the decisions of administrative agencies and from the judgments and convictions of the lower courts, to research the legal issues raised therein, to apply the law to the facts on record within the applicable standard of review, and to make recommendations to the panel of judges as to the disposition of these matters.  Following this clerkship, Ms. Neville worked as an associate with a firm representing national corporate auto lenders and other secured creditors in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Neville achieved a high rate of success as advocate for these creditors in bankruptcy court, obtaining relief from the automatic stay and negotiating for adequate protection payments and appropriate treatment under Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 plans.  Ms. Neville was also responsible for all of the state court replevin (repossession) and contract litigation and collections for these same clients.

Ms. Neville is admitted to the bar in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as to the federal bar in the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Neville is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.  Ms. Neville also participates in the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project, a joint effort on the part of South Jersey Legal Services and Rutgers University School of Law - Camden to pair experienced attorneys with law students to assist those in need with filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petitions.
