Benjamin Wyatt has extensive experience assisting employees who believe their rights have been violated through wrongful termination or other hostile workplace actions including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Ben also assists employees in evaluating legal wage & hour obligations and addressing potential violations of applicable pay requirements. Ben earned his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and is President of the Cheshire County Bar Association. He is admitted to the bars of NH, VT, MA, NY and CT.

Michael Varraso provides advice and litigation services to businesses and employees related to numerous employment law matters. Michael works directly with clients at all stages of the litigation process. His previous experience includes work at the U.S. Department of Labor's Office Administrative Law Judges, a state district attorney's office, and a leading Boston employment law firm. Michael graduated from Northeastern University School of Law. He is admitted to the bars of NH, CT, VT and MA.

Tim Brock represents employees related to a range of employment law matters related to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, failure to accommodate disabilities, and improper retaliation. Tim also represents clients with regard to improper pay claims, including failure to pay overtime and other wage & hour violations. Tim assists clients in bringing cases before relevant government administrative agencies and courts, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, and other agencies. When an amicable settlement cannot be reached, Tim also vigorously pursues the cases of his clients within state and federal courts. Before joining the Law Offices of Wyatt & Associates P.L.L.C., Tim Brock assisted in the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury law suits at a Boston area law firm and also represented clients in discrimination, social security insurance, and unemployment cases. In addition, Tim previously served in the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project, where he defended Massachusetts state prisoners in disciplinary hearings. Tim graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the bars of MA, VT, CT, ME, and NH.

Chandan Panigrahi passionately assists clients on matters related to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and improper pay. Chandan prepares discrimination charges on behalf of clients who feel that they have been treated illegally in the workplace environment. Chandan works zealously to achieve justice for the firm's clients. Chandan is fluent in Spanish and regularly assists the firm's Spanish-speaking clients. Prior to joining Wyatt & Associates, Chandan temporarily worked for a corporate law firm in downtown Boston. Chandan also previously worked in public interest-oriented law offices for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, a Boston area women's shelter, and the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights. Chandan earned his law degree (J.D.) at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts.

Victoria Scozzaro assists terminated employees in a range of employment law matters, including claims related to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, improper pay claims, including failure to pay overtime and other wage & hour violations. Victoria fights to achieve justice for firm clients who have experienced illegal conduct related to their employment. Before joining the Wyatt and Associates, Victoria worked for a public defender in Vermont, where she supported litigation on a variety of cases including felony and misdemeanor criminal, DUI, and motor vehicle- related cases. She also worked for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where she conducted administrative hearings at the Environmental Control Board of the NYC Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings (OATH) on a variety of environmental issues. During law school, Victoria taught speech and debate in the Chittenden Regional Correctional facility on a weekly basis. She also served as a note editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. Victoria earned her law degree (J.D.) at Vermont Law School and is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and New York.

Ben Wyatt

Founder and managing partner Ben Wyatt assists employers and employees by ensuring compliance with relevant employment-related legal obligations through both wise advice and representation during the litigation process.

Ben assists large and small employers with developing practical solutions to the challenges of the modern workplace. He also provides dedicated trial representation to employees who believe their rights have been violated through wrongful termination or other hostile workplace actions, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Additionally, Ben assists both employers and employees in evaluating legal wage & hour obligations and addressing potential violations of applicable pay requirements. Based on his broad experience representing both employers and employees, Ben is able to provide his clients with unique perspectives and insights concerning the strategies of opposing counsel during the litigation process.

Ben is a zealous advocate for his clients when litigation is necessary, but also takes time to provide clear solutions-based advice concerning all phases of the employment process. Ben has represented his clients in court and before government administrative agencies concerning numerous employment law subjects, including employment discrimination, disability accommodation, FMLA leave administration, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance, and violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and equivalent state laws. Ben also utilizes his experience litigating class action lawsuits for the benefit of his clients.

Ben assists non-union employers with a variety of employment-focused services, including employment handbook drafting, wage & hour auditing and solutions, development of employment agreements and consulting contracts. Ben also provides employers with real-time human resources advice by answering time sensitive legal questions, running investigations, and providing counsel concerning employee questions and concerns. Ben leads numerous trainings to assist employers in minimizing risks and expanding the skill-sets of their management and HR teams.

Prior to founding Wyatt & Associates, Ben served as Senior Labor & Employment Legal Counsel at C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc., the tenth largest privately owned company in the United States. Earlier in his career, Ben served as a member of the labor & employment group at one of Boston's largest law firms, where he advised and represented multiple Fortune 500 companies concerning a variety of employment law matters.

Ben earned his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, where he founded and helped to lead the Law School's Small Business Clinical Initiative, which provided a variety of legal services to small start-up businesses in economically depressed communities. Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University, where he graduated with High Honors from the College of Social Studies.

Michael Varraso

Michael Varraso represents employees and employers in a variety of employment law related matters, including cases of harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. Michael also represents clients with regard to pay violations, including failure to pay overtime and minimum wage, tip pool violations, and other wage related issues. Michael assists clients in bringing and defending against cases before government administrative agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (the "EEOC"), the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (the "MCAD"), and the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights (the "NH CHR"). If claims are not successfully resolved during the agency process, Michael will zealously represent his clients within state and federal courts.
