What distinguishes your law firm from others?

After 18 years of practice, the majority of which spent in large law firms, I have decided to establish a boutique law firm to better serve my clients. I have found that once a firm reaches a certain size, the level of service to clients decrease while the costs to the clients increase. Our philosophy is that the establishment of a close partnership between the law firm and the client is essential in obtaining the most beneficial outcome in cases. The relationship must be more akin to a friendship and the key to any lasting and successful friendship is open and responsive communication.

The majority of our work is and has been representing defendants in a variety of civil actions (Automobile and Commercial Vehicle; Charitable Immunity Claims; Civil Rights Litigation; Construction Litigation; Contract Claims; Employment Litigation; Environmental Litigation; Insurance Coverage; Intentional and Negligence Torts; PIP Claims; Premises Liability; Products Liability; Professional Malpractice Litigation; Subrogation; Tort Claims Act/Governmental Immunity; Toxic Tort; UM/UIM; & Workers' Compensation Claims). This has given us extensive experience in how insurance companies and corporations view and defend claims brought by injured parties. We believe this experience benefits are private clients in that we are very familiar with the handling of claims from both sides.
