AS a Sole Practitioner, I handle all cases personally, so every client gets the benefit of my 27 years of experience, rather than having their case handled by a junior associate, as may be the case in larger firms.
I have been a Sole Practitioner in South Florida since my admission to the Bar in 1984 and have been involved in a variety of legal issues and unique factual situations during my career, which are too many to list but covering topics ranging from Trade Secrets and Non-Compete Agreements to Bankruptcy Fraud to Premises Liability and Attempted Murder. Over the years I have narrowed the focus of my practice, but occasionally do accept cases outside the scope of my daily practice.
I regularly accept cases involving Personal Injury (Motor vehicle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Failure to Provide Adequate Security and General Negligence), Litigation, Real Estate Transactions, Probate and Social Security Disabiity . In the event you have a matter, which is not listed above, do not hesitate to e-mail a short description of your situation and I will let you know if I may be interested in representing you and if not, whether I may be able to refer you to someone who will.

The Florida Bar prohibits attorneys from calling themselves specialists in any area of law, unless they are Board Certified by the Bar in that field. Personal Injury is not an area of law for which the Florida Bar offers Board Certificatition.
Based upon the Florida Bar Rule referenced above, no Florida attorney can claim to be a Personal Injury Specialist. Of course, that does not mean that they are all created equal. Some attorneys will have more experience than others in the personal injury field. Although we cannot claim to specialize in Personal Injury cases, we can certainly say whether this is an area of concentration or focus. You should feel free to inquire of any attorney that you are considering hiring, whether Personal Injury work constitutes their entire practice, the majority of their practice, or if it is just a small percentage of their practice.
Personal Injury work has constituted the bulk of my practice for over 25 years. I have handled Personal Injury cases throughout the State of Florida and have appeared in various Trial and Appellate Courts. Specifiec information on particular cases I have handled in the past, can be found on my webiste www.jrbeachlaw.com.
In addition to being knowledgeable and experienced, I pride myself in the attention and service I provide to my clients, as they navigate through the claims and litigation processes. I have had the same legal assistant/paralegal for over 20 years, which allows the office to function with great efficiency and client satisfaction.
